Fedex delivering 2/22/22

Does that mean phones may be shipped even before getting an email from Samsung? Mine still says in process my order page.

I would say yes , as of today I still have not received any email from Samsung that my order shipped , I did get a email on Friday that said I could order my phone that I reserved LOL
 
I ordered during the event at around 9am on February 9th. Cancel button still present and no FedEx label in FedEx delivery manager yet including FedEx track by reference trick.

My order was placed before all the problems on the website started, but I'm hoping the order is not lost in some deep void because of that

Since the shipping label gets created, the system shows it in process and we get the info.
That is my current FedEx status: "Label Created".
Samsung will send e-mails out as we get closer to the shipping date.
Just my $.02 cents.

Yes I see. Mine says label created, delivery on Tuesday 02/22. So it looks like we'll be getting them a few days earlier than 2/25

Weird....I ordered around the same time and got FedEx tracking

I got my order in late that night and same here! No tracking info or anything yet.
 
Ordered during event and have Fedex notification for 2/22 as well. If I had to guess though I would say most get Wednesday. Last time was similar and didn't ship until Monday even though said est was Sunday so pushed back.

I ordered mine around 9pm CST on the 9th. Does anyone know if we need to sign for it? I don't have a doorbell, so I didn't know if I need to sit there all day waiting lol

Usually you have to sign for it with Samsung. After two attemps fedex holds it at the hub for a week I believe.

I ordered about 2am CST on the 10th. Cancel gone. No tracking. They haven't forgotten us. I bet we'll be right along with the pack come Monday.

I think I was late afternoon but the FedEx app/account doesn't work for me at all. My case already shipped with a working tracking number but when I log into the FedEx site or the app, it shows nothing. I use my same email on FedEx and Samsung so I have no idea how everyone can even see shipping labels and tracking numbers before a order is even done processing and yet I can't even see shipments that have already shipped out. Doesn't make any sense to me. But non-the-less, my cancel button disappeared yesterday and it says In Process/Faster whatever "Faster" means I have no idea...

Can't use the credit towards the phone. That would be awesome if we could. If you don't use the credit at time of preorder, then Samsung will send the credit like thru email couple weeks after phone is delivered.

Did you use any of your credit? It will say that if you don't spend it all. But if you don't use it at all you get it a couple of weeks after phone is delivered.
