Filter Loop Pro- help....

I paid for the pro version. I paid $8.99 for all the filters. I have my google receipt. When i go to download the filters, the app crashes and restarts. The apps works fine with the free filters. Just will not download additional filters. I have emailed the app builder. I tried to make contact on twitter. No response. I have uninstalled and reinstalled - no change. Anyone have suggestions.....i have a Samsung Note 5 with all current updates.
