You might be able to find a replacement battery on Amazon for it.

I might. But I think I'm going to just replace it. No hurry. Still works and not really too thrilled with the tablets available at the moment..

Looks my my likely candidates are the Tab pro 12.2, love the screen size and the Tab S 10.5, not as big but still nice.
