finally, s-on and rooted the First!

If anyone needs help, I'll show you how I finally got it completed. It was not a typical root. I'm running 4.1.2 on my HTC First.

s-on ? or did you mean s-off ? because s-on means you wont even be able to tamper with the system. any changes you do gets reverted or causes the phone to restart.
