I am looking for a good "I lost my phone" app.

I own Cerberus I like it luckily I have never had to use most of the features. I can confirm it works though.

Will it ring the phone if you are looking for it? Will it turn the ringer on if you had your phone on vibrate?

I personally use Lookout.

scans the phone for malware and viruses, but also locates your phone.

It has a feature where you can turn on a high pitch sound remotely to help locate the phone. good stuff. free
