finger print scanner

I set mine up just fine, but does anyone know why it doesn't work when I lock my screen? the only time i get it to work is when i restart and it only does it one time per restart.

I cant find the setting for the life of me, but I know when I originally set up the finger print scanner I was able to change when it would come on. The default was every time the screen was locked it was required, which got to be annoying so I changed it to after the screen was off for an hour. You might try to find that setting and make sure everything is normal with yours.

I had the same thing. You have to change the Secure Lock time. The default is like 15 minutes.
