Fingerprint sensor rubbish after April update?

Yeah. You’re absolutely right doesn’t take too long to restore the phone after a full restore, it’s just a pain in the butt to re setup all of your ringtones, app settings, etc.

The looong part for me is the myriad of passwords for apps.

My fingerprint scanner has been fine since the update. Hopefully it improves for you, OP! Updates can be so hit and miss.

I didn't try that. I'm not on beta 12 either.

It seems to be working more normally now so I think re-registering my finger made the difference.
