Fingerprint Won't Work, Neither Will Pin for Note 5

I was charging my Galaxy Note 5 when suddenly I couldn't access it anymore. The lock screen wouldn't recognize my fingerprint. When it went into emergency mode, the pin I use for it didn't work either. Then when that didn't work, the email password doesn't work at all. I don't know what to do and I really don't want to have to factory reset my phone. Please help! Thanks!

Did you try turning it off then back on??

I kept entering the password several times and Google asked me my security questions and allowed me to re-enter my pass word. I'm not sure how many times I entered it, but it was a bunch. Good luck. F-ing finger print scanner!
