Fios tv remote app

The DVR access app works fine but the "FiOS Mobile Remote" gives me that error message. I wonder if there is a work around. Anyone that has it working have any tips?

no luck anyone? That's tried following the instructions through fios on my tv but it's definitely not working yet for the Inc. I even tried to find somewhere to make the request for the service but no luck.

Ever since update, pictures now in "gallery". fios tv remote says "no photos available". Apparently fios tv remote cannot find photos in gallery. My Photos gone since update. Anyone know of a fix for this?

the tv remote works great for me on my wifi with 4 boxes in my house. the only thing im having a problem with lately is the dvr manager.
