Firmware Installation

Hi again everyone.
I'd need some advice on something I wanted to try.
I am running 5.1 with my model number being H815T.
The software version is V10C-HKG-XX
I am expriencing a bit of issues, especially some annoying little touch screen issues.

On a lg firmware site, I noticed that one firmware for Australia with the same model number (H815T) had V10H. I read online that this version is the best there is for the model and fixes the touchscreen bugs.

So my first question is:
Is it possible or safe to flash this V10H for Australia on my G4 which has a possible Hong Kong version? Or is there a possible risk with regard to bands and all?
My second question (if the answer to the first is yes), is, how? I am a noob in this matter

Do lots and lots of reading over on XDA. AC is great but XDA has so much more info when it comes to flashing.
