First letter last?

I recently noticed that if I start typing on the keyboard from the home screen, the first letter of whatever word/sentence that I type is immediately moved to the end. For example, if I were to type the word "bottle", it would come up as "ottleb". If I type an entire sentence, the result is the same. If I press the search button first, everything is normal. Has anybody else noticed this?

If I use the Google search and type, there is no such problem with mine.

Right, if you click on the Google Search bar first, it works fine, (though still laggy as hell.) If I begin typing from the background, I get the same results as the OP. I tried doing a factory reset, and it still did not fix the problem. I am running a non-rooted TF300T btw.

Ok but something I don't follow here. How do you start typing "from the background"? There is no keyboard until I touch the Google search icon (upper left). Can you please clarify exactly how you do this?

Happens to me to. Just an oddity. Bill2, it is when you have the dock connected.
