First post HTC 10 battery drain

Hi guys.

Updated to Nougat recently and it's been great right up until the last 2-3 days.

Last night I went to bed with 82% battery in the phone, turned off wi-fi, data and anything else that may consume battery but still woke up to find the phone only has 29% in it! The phone is completely out of the box standard unlocked apart from a SD card.

Would backing up and wiping the phone help? Any help appreciated

That's what I'd do as a first step. Also, I don't think it's necessary to turn everything off. Use do not disturb and let Doze do it's thing.

I'd do a cache wipe in recovery first.
