Did this do this on its own or were you going from a 3G to 4G area, were you running a certain app?
So this is why they didn't say solves all reboots ever. You can make 3 assumptions -
1 - that the update didn't work (It has been good for me so far bybut i didnt have much of an issue to start with)
2 - that it works in some but not all cases
3 - that you have a different issue that caused the reboot - which could have been masked by the reboot issue. I would troubleshoot the last while waiting for more info.
Just had my first reboot also. My phone is stock and updated last night. Was sitting on the desk not being touched and it rebooted itself.
Just as many if not more reboots after MR2. The only thing that keeps me from thinking it's a hardware issue is that I didn't have a single flipping reboot before they pushed MR1 out. After that my phone reboots 25 - 50 times a day if left unplugged (honestly, not exaggerating), much less if plugged in all the time but it still happens. And if I have to leave it plugged in I might as well just get a land line.
And you haven't returned it for a new one..... why? Seriously, even the crappiest refurb would probably be a better experience than that.
I never updated to MR1 and have been watching this update really closely to see the general impression. My phone shuts itself off (no more than) 2-3 times a week but no random reboots as far as I can tell... definitely a bit nervous.
