What kind of information do I need to include in my listing? I know the model, how old it is, condition, color, and that it's a Verizon phone. Are there any phone sensitive information I need to include? Any kind of ID numbers? Does it matter that is was a contract phone vs bought outright? Thanks for any information you can give me. First time ebay seller!

Never sold on eBay, I use BST on a forum or kijiji (which eBay owns).

This is usually what I will post whenever I do decide to sell the S7. :)

Samsung Galaxy S7 Silver Titanium. Originally Rogers but unlocked.

I've had since March 19, LNIB includes Box and Accessories EXCEPT for the EarBuds*, Spigen Rugged Armor with Kickstand, Tempered Glass. Not interested in any trades.

*Regardless whether I use them or not I keep them to use at work/back-up.

When I do get a response, it's either an offer/lowball. Not once I've been ask about Model Number but several times, they did ask for the IMEI/Serial which I don't give out.

It's listed. It was almost automatic. eBay filled in most of the blanks for me and even added You Tube videos. I uploaded several pictures and included two Ultra Hybrid Spigen cases, have the manual, original box and all accessories. Only thing, I didn't want to have "bids". I just wanted to do a "Buy it Now" but apparently that's not an option to leave out the option to bid.
Why do they want the IMEI/Serial and why won't you give it to them?

EBay is good, but I've had better success on Swappa. Might want to give it a try in the future.

There are two reason I know of why people want to know the IMEI/Serial number, it's so they can use it on a bricked phone (assigning it a new IMEI) or they want to protect themselves from buying a bricked phone.

Thanks everyone. And I'll try Swappa if it doesn't sell on ebay...OR KEEP THE DARN THING BECAUSE IT HAS AIRVIEW THAT I SO DESPERATELY MISS AND NEED FOR MORE PRODUCTIVE CALENDAR VIEWING.

You could also sell it here on Android Central...>Classifieds section :D

Best bet is to sell on Craigslist. Meet buyer at your local Verizon store when you handover to buyer the phone for cash. I just sold three S5's this way. Why pay fee to eBAY. Craigslist is easy, easy...

Bill. how much did you get for your S5s via Craigslist. To be honest with you, I didn't even know there was a fee for selling <lol> Like I said, this is my first time to sell anything on ebay. Once you put something up for sale on ebay, are you allowed to change your mind without penalty?

If you do Craigslist it's free...Craigslist is so easy but never meet anyone at night and alone, meet in a public place such as the Verizon store so all can be handled professionally

I've sold a couple of items on Craigslist. Both times during the day, with my husband along and in front of a busy store. It's kinda creepy.

I'm leery of craigslist. I used to sell on ebay frequently, until they split from paypal. Now, you are charged a fee from both ebay and paypal....separately. That certainly removed any chance of selling my stuff on ebay. Now, i use swappa.

sold my rooted s5 on EBay. threw in a Mophie extended battery & Otterbox case (after all what am I going to do with it). Final Sale price was $285 and buyer paid shipping! In my opinion i got a good price and the buyer got a good deal. What do you guys think?

I think you got a good deal and I got a better deal than I thought I would. I was going to ask $100 for it to offset the $100 I paid for the phone (it was half off at BB on contract). So $156 a pleasant surprise :)

Im planning to sell my perfect condition s7edge at&t silver + wirelesspad and 8 cases for $700. Is it a good deal or i can raise it to 750? I'll give it a shot with CL as im confuse how swappa works.
