Fixed tags revert to previous status when moved from internal memory to SD Card. Why does it happen?

When adding some music to the SD Card, some characters like the letter ñ show up as ń instead. I move the affected file to the internal memory to fix the tags, but when I move it back to the SD after fixing the tags, it reverts back to how it was. Like nothing happened!

Is there a way out for this problem? It has been a constant issue for a while now

Tags as in iTags, or as in filenames? And what are you using to move the files? And where are you seeing the incorrect character? (Where you're seeing it may be using its own font, or a different font than where you're seeing the correct letter, and there's no ñ in that font.) A lot of possibilities. If you can't look and figure it out, you're going to have to give us all the information so we can.

Well, the file names are ok. The issue is with the ID3 Tags that show in music players.

I edit them in the same music app (BlackPlayer) and they succesfully get edited when the files are in the internal memory. But when doing the same procedure with the files located on the SD Card, it says "Failed to update database".

Also, the main point. It's common for me to move them back to where they were after editing the tags.
But what this does is revert them to how it was, with some messed up characters like ń.

Because of this, I just leave them permanently in the internal memory. Until a solution comes by
