flash from the camera when receiving text?

on my s4 u can use the flash from the camera to let u know when u get a text it flashes I can't seem 2 find it on my s5 does the s5 have that feature and how do u get 2 it

Go to settings and select accessibility section. Go to hearing portion and it is the first option to enable flash for notification
