Installed the leaked Flash Player on my Xoom:
Motorola Xoom Flash Player: Game Playing Hand On -- Clear HD
Played a few games on Kongregate and so far it works quite well. But Hulu still won't work. I tried to use the Dolphin Browser and set the user agent to Desktop, but it did not work neither.
On a separate note, why do people complain about the iPad 2 beating the Xoom in a benchmark? It's a completely DIFFERENT platform.
Look, the iPad 2 is running a minor update of the OS from the previous version. The Xoom, however, is running a major revision of Android. It's going to take some times for it to be optimized. That doesn't make Honeycomb suck.
Android is more than just specs. It represents a different view of how mobile computing should work. Personally, I will NEVER buy into the iOS hype, no matter what. It has nothing to do with whether an iDevice is better or not. It's a philosophical thing. I just hate how Apple positions itself, period. That's enough for me to choose an alternative. And, my alternative is Android. It's not arguable, because it's a personal preference -- it's just like how I being a Chinese descent, love being an American citizen, love living in the USA, and love the USA more than the PRC.
