And never will. Adobe Flash (all versions) is compiled for an ARMv7 processor, the Optimus S has an ARMv6.

The web browser Skyfire is capable of playing some flash video, but not the most common we want (hulu and many tv network sites). So it is kinda hit and miss. I was unable to find enough flash video to make the use of this browser my default. It works by converting flash video to html5 on their servers. That will get you some flash video, but that is the closest you are going to get.
