Flashed Alternate Recovery and now i'm stuck

So the 2 SD cards i was trying somehow were corrupt. i formatted them with another phone and put the zip file on. Now when i boot the phone it sees the file says checking pb31img.zip and then goes away and nothing happens. I let it sit for about 15 minutes before turning it off. The same thing happens with 3 different sd cards. Anything i'm missing?
