Flashing a recovery from terminal emulator on vm670 with no recovery installed

I am rooted, and am currently running aokp on the vm670. I accadently installed the wrong recovery after correctly installing the ROM, then in trying to correct this I accidently mangles the recovery and now a boot into recovery hangs forever.

Can someone link me a compatible recovery img and the terminal commands to run with it? I have tried doing this from a few different posts meant for a few different phones to no avail.
