flashing green on screen only

[AC Question]

I have a samsung 6s edge and my 1yr old daughter dropped it which cracked the screen, now i am unable to see anything on the screen but green flashing... it still makes all the noises and I have been able to answer the phone by guessing where the answer button is. do i just need a new screen or more than that ? Can I fix it myself if I get the right part???

A remote diagnosis is hardly possible, alas. However I'll request a move to the S6E forum, where members familiar with the device may have suggestions.

Not recommended to fix it by yourself... bring it to tursted service centres or samsung service better to let them fix it for you. Its better paying a bit more than risking breaking your phone more.

Yeah I'd take it to a repair shop. I've watched videos of people replacing screens on it, and every single one of them said it is not easy, and it certainly did not look easy to do.
