I finally was successful in placing my order. I chose the Sport Ridge watch band (indeed the Hybrid Leather band was causing the order to not go through) that doesn't have the weird clasp.

The app was $100 less than the online website, but I cannot use Rakuten rebate with the app. I used to get tired of always having to chase Rakuten, but I decided to give it another go fully expecting to chase them as usual. The rebate would be more than the $100 app savings. Anyone who used Rakuten rebate already see it in their Rakuten account? I remember some folks here would see it like immediately. I never do. In fact, it never shows up - which is why I chase them (lol) - despite the extension thanking me for the order.

Isn't this how it is every go around? The app is always like $100 less than the website, but you can' t use Rakuten with the app so you have to choose which is better for you.

I didn't realize the free case came with the S Pen. Now I will have 2 of these fat S Pens.

Got the Fold 4 in gold along with Watch 5 pro and buds 2 pro. Don't think I'll need the Watch 5 pro but it was a good bundle deal with buds 2 pro, and might just sell once I receive it.

What about you? Are you getting any of the new devices?

I thought they were making the outer screen on the Flip 4 bigger? It looks identical to the 3. Is it just getting this year's Snapdragon upgrade?

Ordering the flip 4 for my son. Same here with trying to use RAKUTEN 12% cash back but it does not seem that I can if I want to use the $100 gift certificate. Hit roadblocks everytime I went to order yesterday. Hoping to have better luck today.

Yea that was a rumor. I figured they wouldn't do it as it would require too much change to the body so soon which would cause them to also change other things on the phone. The front screen isn't too bad on the flip although I wouldn't complain if it was the size of the razr's front screen. Increasing the battery was a more needed hardware tweak.

I'm passing on the Fold 4 and Flip 4. I don't like that Samsung phones have lackluster battery life and that the Galaxy Watch 5 is chonky. Samsung came up with smartwatches first yet they still haven't figured out how to make them thinner.

I liked my Z Fold 3 but I'm using it as a trade in device when the iPhone 14 Pro Max comes out.

You can just swap Sim cards.

Is this your first 5G phone? If so, just use the new sim that will come in the box. Call Verizon, and give them the IME# and SIM number. Done!

Yeah I was kinda shocked seeing the 4 look exactly like the 3... I thought it was a done deal with the bigger outer screen. It looks like the 4 has some under the hood changes that are nice though, bigger battery, faster processor, improved cameras, faster charging.

I agree tho, I think everyone's top 2 complaints were wanting a bigger outer screen, and better battery life. Maybe next year for the bigger screen
