Floating circle menu thing

Alright, so my LG G3 has been broken for a while and I just got the G4 as a replacement, while setting it up I reconfigured my Moto 360 and performed an update. Now there is a circle with a dot in it that will not go away no matter what, is there a way to turn this off or am I stuck with the stupid little thing?

First try to figure out what the icon is representing, and turn off that feature, if you can't try a factory reset of the watch.

Unfortunately I had to perform a reset. Even then it didn't work. Any other ideas?

Found out that it was Wear Mini Launcher, added a new feature that I didn't see, thanks for the help though!
