Folders Help!

The games/multimedia/social/ereading folders won't open anymore, crashes as soon as I try to open one

Has this happened to anyone and is there an easy fix?

I haven't had that issue. Have you tried deleting the shortcut then add it back then try opening it?

What about going into settings, apps and force stop the app? I don't have mine in front of me, I presume there is an app for this?
