I really like that it lets you change the font...I wonder if there is a way to get more...anyone know?

Choose the find more fonts option and choose the first free option from the market. Open up the app and you can individually select which fonts to install.

How do I get rid of a font? I downloaded a font from the free app you mentioned. I deleted it ( I think) but it still shows up on the select font list

Applications > downloads > long press and delete the one you don't want
