Why thank you Sir!

Do you happen to watch Anthony Bourdain, Parts Unknown Series on CNN. He takes a look at food in a lot of interest places. Last Sunday, his Parts Unknown series went to Lyon, France, and all I can say is WOW!. He met up with some of world's greatest chefs and had some spectacular food. If you get a chance to watch a rerun of it on CNN, do it. It was impressive. He showed a lot of preparation and cooking methods that I have never seen or heard of before. My wife and I were like, "Are you kidding me? They put it in a pig's bladder to cook?" and " Why did they seal it in cement?".

I've read most of his books but haven't seem his shows yet. I did, however, just return from around that part of France and can agree that they have some spectacular food. I'll see if I can find his show, thx for the recommendation.

I play with my food

Lunch - Italian salad from my local grocery store. Romaine lettuce, radicchio genoa salami, smoked turkey, fontina cheese, black olives and peperoncini.
