Hi everyone, I was having trouble using Voice Commands on the S3. My problem was when I asked it to call people with more than just a home number or even when just a single number to call, S-Voice would ask me which number. Then it would list Custom 1, Custom 2, and then Work, for one of my contacts. Even noticed wouldn't call some people with only one number listed. I googled this problem and finally got it working, which is nice, because I use Voice Commands a lot to make calls.
Here is the link and while it shows for Iphone users, it also works on our phone:

The problem was how my contacts' different numbers were typed in each catagory. If you use Google to handle your contacts, you have to have them typed a certain Way. Usually with the First Letter of each category capitalized, such as Work instead of WORK. My problem was a lot of my contacts were all Capitals in the word, such as HOME, MOBILE, and Some WORK. So would come up as a Custom 1 for HOME, Custom 2 for MOBILE, and so on. Instead of doing everything in the article, I just went through all my contacts on Google on my computer, and changed with the drop down menu on Google Contacts where they were typed the correct way. Now I don't have hundreds of contacts, so if you do, follow the article's way of doing it. Otherwise just changing in Google Contacts and saving them with the new way for each category will help. At least for me it fixed the problem. So hopefully will help some people like me. Also, because when I tried others like Google Voice Actions, still had the problem with Custom fields showing up and not working.
