For those with the Nexus, allay my fears on a couple of points

I am liking almost everything I hear, but a couple of nagging issues worry me, so those lucky few who have it already, you can calm my worries!

1. I really like a loud speaker, I use mine all the time to listen to podcasts, etc, just like a radio. I have heard the speaker is sort of weak. Please tell me it is decent!

2. I know the camera is not cutting edge, but please tell me it will be at least as good as my Thunderbolt was!

3. I am liking Sense 3 unlock screen with its four app instant launchers. I see one for the Nexus, can it be customized or is it always the camera?

1. Speaker sounds great to me but another early user is reporting speaker issues.
2. Camera seems way better than the Thunderbolts camera. It's not cutting edge but it does a good job.
3. I haven't found a way to customize it. Seems like it's just the camera. You can probably download something from the market to change it up though.

Does the nfl app work and is it free (video) like verizons other 4g phones?

1) Speaker is fairly loud. I'd say slightly better than the thunderbolt especially because the speaker isn't muffled by the kitckstand

2) The camera is far far worse than the thunderbolt. Just like every other crappy camera, it'll do fine with enough light outdoors. Anything else? You're just waiting to be disappointed

3) Not that i can see. I had widgetlocker on my thunderbolt and that'd do just fine for replacing the lockscreen on the nexus. Really though, since i got it, i've done very little customizing. That's a first for me
