force closures, SD card blank?, other down load apps grayed out

Hi, started having forced closures with facebook. Ignored them, tried updating
But now all downloaded apps gone and grayed out.
SD card is blank now. Internet works. A lot of apps in settings with HTC. Are grayed out.
Also play store and market app is gone.
Can you help?
