Forgot the password to my Galaxy s7 is there a way to get in without a factory reset

I changed my password at 2am when i was half asleep. Usb debugging is turned off. I keep getting locked out for 60minutes when attemting at a password. I dont want to factory reset and lose all my data.

Do you have a Samsung account linked?

Sign in and go to the Find My Mobile section. In there, select to unlock. You'll see the message below:

I’ve tried the Samsung unlock my phone but the option isn’t there and also the Google find my phone that option isn’t there as well.
