Forum emails no longer have URLs in them

Starting ~9/22, the emails I get from my forum subscriptions no longer have URLs in them, making it pretty hard to read the discussion.

Was this a conscious decision, or an oversight?

Example of recent email (with URLs missing):
You are subscribed to the forum Google Nexus 5, there have been 1 new thread(s) and 4 updated thread(s).
forumdisplay.php?f=940

The following threads are new:
