FoxFi Not working On PC after ICS

Windows 7? Did you have to reconfigure anything on the PC? Mine shows the modem but with a big red X next to it.

Windows 7 ultimate just activated foxfi and CPU connected no problem. I don't have any wep code or anything like that configured I don't tether often
