FoxFi Wifi sharing

I downloaded the FoxFi Wifi sharing app as was suggested in a previous thread. However, the app shuts down almost immediately upon attempting to activate the Wifi network. I'm on Galaxy S4 AT&T. Any ideas or suggestions?

The only way that I am aware of is to root your phone and go through the methods of downloading a root app that will do it.
