Thanks, did a quick look using Root Explorer app ---: sys/module/sync/parameters/fsync
Hard pressed fsync to open up menu and choose text editor to change the "n" to "y" (make sure your on RO instead of RW at top menu in your root explorer app to do this) saved and my data is now synced.
