I have sprint. It seems to suggest in the lg site that the IMEI is 15 digits.... None of the numbers inside my phone battery area is 15 digits. One is 14 digits and one is 18 digits
ETA- the 14 digit number was accepted. I spoke to LG on the phone. They said its not first come first served... Its not limited by quantity. Its limited by promotion dates. Meaning if you submit it timely, you get them

I just managed to register for my earbuds. Not sure how long the site will work though, it's been up and down for the last couple of hours.

How do I redeem this promotion?
To redeem, go to LG V20™ Deals & Promotions | LG USA and complete the redemption process. You must provide a valid purchase receipt from an authorized retailer with proof of purchase made between Friday, October 7, 2016, and Sunday, November 20, 2016 and picture of V20 box with IMEI number. Online submissions must be received by Friday, December 9, 2016.
Which model of B&O H3 earphones will I be receiving?
The B&O earphones that you will receive are the 2nd generation H3 by B&O PLAY earphones. The 2nd generation offers an updated inline remote, cable and accessories.

I would have much rather preferred an extra battery/cradle over headphones, of which I have dozens. Oh well.

Same. While they do appear to be a nice set of headphones, I'd rarely use them. I'll most likely end up selling them and using the money to buy a couple extra batteries and charger. Not to complain, but I wish LG would have given people a choice. Free stuff is free stuff and I'll gladly accept them but still would have been nice to have that option since they've offered it previously on their other phones. =)

I think they are being nice and it really doesn't make that much difference whether you get the number off a box or a screenshot

I didn't have my receipt but remembered getting an email reciept from AT&T so I captured screen shot that and attached it to the application.
Easy peasy as my 4 year old would say !
