DOUBLE CHECK YOUR SHIPPING ADDRESS IN THE CONFIRMATION EMAIL
Mine was missing the street address which was a required field in the online form.
I called the 800 number for LG on the confirmation email and they answered in one ring : ) She said no worries and updated the shipping address to include it.

We will get a shipping notice about a week prior to arrival.

Asked about the 4-6 weeks and she said that was the only answer she could give and that estimate was to insure customer's received their product according to expectations.

The email also says to let them know about address typo's with in 5 business days so they are holding these shipping orders until the consumer has time to update shipping data for a lower reverse logistics return rate.

Yep mine too only had a 1 in place of my address.

I suspect shipping will start next week. I could be wrong but that would coincide with the 5 day wait period to check addresses.

It's weird the number I called to fix my email issues they told me they were gonna send it to the higher ups that are handling it all and I'm thinking to myself why doesn't the Number lead to them instead of a middle man.....Sorry your having trouble ..I would keep calling until you get someone worth talking to...Took me 3 tries

It's Hifi earbuds that will work hand in hand with the onboard Hifi Dac that will give u better sound then using standard headphones......It's not the Best in the audiophile world but will beat mainstream headphones....

On the v20, just snap the picture when prompted and it will automatically upload. You have to register from your phone. That's how I did it. Hope this helps.

Also, I had to enter the IMEI without the dashes.

It wouldn't woek for me from my desktop computer (images wouldn't upload) , but was fine from the phone itself. Took pix of the box imei sticker and the Tmo receipt/printout.

does the phone have to be working on a carriers network before they will approve it?I filled out everything when i received my phone but haven't started using it.I was waiting on cases to arrive.I still have my note 7 that i was waiting on the return box or for the phone to get a update that makes it non usable.I haven't received the email yet on the headphones.

No I don't think they have access to that...If you show proof of purchase and your IMEI is in their system it will get approved even it's still in the box....
