Edit: They have been pretty cool, even reaching out to me last night to see if I had received the cases and see how I was getting along with them. They want reviews of course, but still cool. I told them my first is expected to be delivered tomorrow and the second Saturday.

Yeah, they sent me an email today and I let them know I got it and am using it. Also let them know that I love the cases and did post my thoughts.

It is all looking legit. The two cases were shipped by Amazon in two separate shipments, but the price after their discount code they tell you to apply and the amount they sent all add up

Interesting. I said discount code, but on Amazon it's actually called a coupon. But they sent me one in the instructions to use that amounted to 50% off.

Which makes sense. Less risk to them if you decide to take the money they PayPal you and not buy the case in the end.

What email address did you send it to? Was it the review@schnailcase.com one in the email? It took awhile for them to get back to me on my original inquiry and they said somehow my email went to spam.

If that is the one you used, you may want to also try following up with them at schnailcase@gmail.com.

I get the feeling that they are a small operation still looking for a foothold and have a couple of rough spots that they need to work out

Hopefully so. They got back to me fairly quickly, through on the first attempt they just sent the instructions again rather than PayPal the money. I wrote back to them saying that I had already done all of that and had sent the screen shot from the Amazon page to them already. Within 30 minutes of reminding them of that they sent the payment through PayPal.

Hopefully they are just a little behind

You have to move funds onto a bank card you would use in Amazon. Once you do that the funds in PayPal will immediately be moved into you bank card.

Use that card with the 40.00 they gave you to purchase your cases. Pretty straight forward procedure.

Does anyone know the secret to putting this case on? The packaging says to view the video but I can't find the video on their site. Seems like such a super tight fit and I really don't want to damage my device and or ruin my screen saver.

It comes out into 2 pieces. There is a plastic one on the inside that cradles the phone. Once the phone is inside that, you put it into the outer shell. It was extremely hard to get it the first time. Once I did it a couple times it got easier. The inside cradle part does have a little lip. I put my phone in from behind. If you have a glass protector on your phone, be careful. It may pop the screen protector off because of that lip.

I prefer the Spigen Clear cases myself but You can't beat this for free.

I find it too bulky as well and I have large hands. I promised a review and I still need to get around to doing it. I think it's a great case for free and a good case at regular price, but I don't love it. I need to take the time to write up a review
