Hi! We have developed new app for fitness. It is a simple handbook for gym exercises. It is very simple. But we have unique photos with descriptions and this is what many (relatively) people like in our app. It has no boring stick-man figures, just the real colorful photos (some with cute girl!)

We have a one big ad showing at the startup of app and nothing more.

We have developed several apps for the gym training: WinGym Lite and WinGym. They both are for Windows Phone platform.

Please, have a look at the app. It is free.

And new version 2.2: new animations added. And we are giving our WinGym Exercises without ads for free today, through AppGratis!

Device: Nexus 6
Android Version: 6.0.1

Search screen:
  • List filter not applied when restoring view
    • Path: search -> enter text -> home key -> WinGym
    • Path: search -> enter text -> switch to another app -> switch to WinGym
    • Path: search -> enter text -> select exercise -> back button

Device: Nexus 6
Android Version: 6.0.1

Exercise screen:
  • Index not saved
    • Path: chest -> bench press -> swipe right -> home key -> WinGym -> swipe right
    • Result: step 2
    • Expected: step 3

General impressions:
Could be useful as an offline reference, however it's missing a lot of information online references provide; links to online resources could help? Generally I don't see what niche this app is intended to fill that popular android apps don't already target (see, for example, exercise information in JEFIT).

Interface suggestions:
  • Double tapping to bring up a list of exercises targeting a particular muscle group feels cumbersome/unclear; perhaps this could be redesigned?
  • Swipe detection (to move between the exercise steps) is poor - I often had to perform multiple swipes to switch from one page to the next. Displaying the exercise steps inside a ViewPager would be a definite improvement in my opinion - failing that, swipe detection should be improved.

Hi! We want to be simple offline reference, but maybe your right we need to link to some online sources also. And we will release full featured app soon with many useful features.

Big thanks for the feedback, it is very useful. We will fix those bugs. And will consider the interface suggestions.

BTW, we have released new version, which improved stability, because yesterday we see many crash reports.
