Freezing? (Not just with the camera)

I'm getting random freezing several times a week, and not just the camera freezing that's been documented elsewhere. It's no one app in particular that is active when it happens, and sometimes it resolves itself, and other times I have to hold the power button down for a restart. This morning it happened twice while working with Nova Launcher. Has anyone else been experiencing this, or am I just a lucky camper?

Do you have LIFE360 app? That was the app that causes frequent freezing of entire phone, once uninstalled, no more isssues. I can't believe a badly coded app would bring down entire phone like this, rather than prompting you kill/terminate it.

Why yes, I do. Yikes, and I depend on it for the wife and kids. I suppose I can live without it for a bit. How did you find out this was the cause?
