I was so happy this morning when I called verizon and found out that my DX was going to be in my hands later today. Now I am a prisoner to the Friday the 13th curse!

My DX HAS A DEAD PIXEL !!!!!!!!

They told me over the phone that I should receive one next Wednesday in the mail thank god

Sorry to hear that. You know, there is only one thing worse than Friday the 13th....... Saturday the 14th.

I am glad you are getting a replacement. I won't get mine until like almost the end of the month because I asked for a brand new replacement due to the same issue as yours, but a couple more dead pixels. Some people who have been calling CS regarding a replacement have been receiving theirs in just a white box with just the phone...no battery, accessories, or backing to it. If that replacement works fine for you and fixes the issue, thats good. But since you are still under 30 days, did you ask them if you can get a brand new one in the box with everything in there?
