From CWM to TWRP.

I recently flashed cwm through rom manager, because it is what I was used to on my Optimus s. I am now trying to unroot and return to stock, should I reflash twrp that has my stock nandroid, or use the method in the sticky?

use sticky thread the ruu is a stock rom
