Nice write up. Although I'm familiar with android, i forgot about some of the webos style card switchers.

I really really enjoyed that post. If I had any reservations before about switching, I dont anymore. I am definately interested in card-style app switchers as well as roam only patch.

Let's all admit 2 years ago, webos was king. But for the shortest time because android came out with new hardward and software updates. But like vick mackey says, webos really is crippled and the homebrewers guide shows you how old that os is.

My pdf viewer still doesnt work and i cant edit documents on my pre....and everytime i mentoin it to the PC site, i get flamed out. The word viewer cant pan left or right. and if the screen shuts off, you have to reopen the document to get it working again bc it will freeze. but good luck if it reopens because half the time you get an error.

I cant wait for evo3d and its dual core goodness, snappy interface, and android os. I'm not sure if you can tell, but im bitter to my pre - after seeing what else is out htere.

Someone should email HP a link to this forum to show them how a lack of Sprint support and any info about the Pre3 is losing them tons of early adopters / dedicated fans.

You are exactly right!

2 years from the drop of their phone, there isn't a new version of the phone yet? (pre2 not included). That's just poor form.

I bailed on my pre 7 months ago. So many pre owners just keeps waiting and waiting. All you heard for a year is "we are getting superphone". What they got was the veer. Lol, very funny. Sprint people got nothing at all yet most of them still wait. For a year I was brainwashed into thinking android was horrible, junk, and my favorite,, "clunky", lol what ever that means. Most just repete what they hear and have no idea what they are talking about. Android is smooth and easy. Can't wait to get my evo 3d next week.

I was just thinking about it yesterday how the pre did not come with a notification light. But when it came, i realized it is a huge lifechanger for me and i feel i need notification lights.

Does anyone have it confirmed the evo3d is coming with notification lights out of the box?

That's one other thing that has always bugged me about Samsung phones, no notification light!

I gave them until CTIA and then I saw the Evo 3D I knew it was coming in summer so I still watched what HP big announcement was and what a disappointment, but oh well Evo 3D Here I come!!!
