Froyo GPS and gmail issues

I've updated my Incredible to Froyo and applied the xda patch for the marketplace and gmail bugs. My gps now shows me a few hundred miles south of where I am actually located and Google Listen as well as a few other google applications do not pick up my gmail account. Any ideas as to what is causing this?

After three patch updates all my leaked FroYo bugs are fixed except my wireless tether app. Is anyone else having trouble getting the tether app to work? My son's Ipod isn't showing it as a discoverable wifi option.

I don't understand. I'm not having any of these problems after the leaked update to 2.2 and root. I did have have brief gmail problem, but clearing the data and cache under the application settings fixed that.

Look ..the Dinc is an outstanding phone. The best smartphone I have ever owned ( Treo, Storm ...). Just wait a few days or weeks, or whatever for the OTA upgrade. Frankly, unless it helps battery life and signal strength ....as a moderate user, not a big deal to me
