Hi there, I've had this phone for a year and a bit and updated android software yesterday as I got a message about it and had not been changed since purchase. Had been running fine apart from odd glitch with time changing occasionally - nothing serious.
Was a bit crap yesterday and slow to respond but now has gone onto M screen from booting and I cannot get rid of that screen. Have removed all cards (SD and SIM) and tried hard reset. IT comes up with fastboot screen but nothing happens when I select the options - just goes back onto the M screen and stays there.
I haven't got tools to remove the battery cover - only plan I have is to let battery die and hope it restarts then. Why won't hard reset work - surely it should trump whatever software issue going on? Is this a common feature with updates??
