Frozen screen with Logo

[Android Central Question]

Frozen Screen ,

Hi, Got a cheap Android device (Doogie x10) I bought as spares or repair, it freezes on boot up screen. Did a hard re set , cleared cache , did root integrity check with a message *Fail* , wondered if anyone knows if it's been badly rooted and it's Bricked or could it be re flashed etc

Hi, could anyone help with a fault ( poss bricked phone ) I was given a Chinese phone by a work pal , if it is repairable I'll get it fixed for a emgc spare. It's a Doogee X10 , it boots but freezes on Doogee logo . I've tried a hard re set , cleared cache, nothing helped, I then did Vol Down + power , it's all in Chinese . I did a Root integrity check , I got a end message after a long scan , " Error:/system/app/Drive/Drive.apk has been modifiedon with a date Thur Nov 16 2017

System check Fail
Sorry , I know it's a cheap device but if it's a quick fix by my local repair shop at a reasonable price as the phones not worth much , as I said it'll be ok if I ever needed a emgc spare

Could it have been rooted badly , bricked ,? It looks brand new , it looks like no Sims or SD card has ever been in it ...
