Frustrating battery life

Hi there. I have a galaxy note 3 sm-n900 which has frustrating battery. I owned a iPhone 5s before and everyone told me that android was better, android had better battery, android had big screen... etc. I purchased this note 3 a few months ago used. However the battery on my note which is supposed to last 7+ hours according to other user reports. My screen time only lasts 3-4 hours. My iPhone easily got me through the day with 4-5 hours of screen time. I have tried so many different things to fix my battery life including greenify, calibrating battery, factory reset, cache wipe, nova launcher, amplify wackelock disabler, turning off location, turning on low power setting, flashing custom ROM and kernel and running battery drain detection apps such as gsam, BBS, wld, etc. Right now IAM running Anatolia ROM a5 android 5.0 with suemax Kernel 2.2. I have tried to turn on as much power saving functions I can but the battery is still bad. What should I do apart from buying new battery?

It usually does ~6hrs. try clear cache, reboot devices, and turn off data when not in use.

I have cleared cache countless times rebooted counless times and I don't use mobile data

Can someone please help me? I have reverted to stock kitkat and battery is still sucks!

KitKat takes up not a lot of battery usage.Perhaps you need a new battery.

My battery stats show:
Android system 21%
Screen 15%
Android OS 11%
Com.android.chrome:sandboxed 7%
Chrome 6%
Task manager 5%
Google play service 5%
Wanam Xposed 3%
Are these stats normal? This is 1:34 unplugged and about 1:15 usage and at 71%
