G2 multiscreen and low voice

After having loaded lollipop 5.02,my LG G2 lost the multiscreen,which we could make with the tips of three fingers sliding the screen.
Was it removed ?
And while speaking to someone,the voice is very low despite being adjusted to the highest level.
Anybody over there to help me,thanks.
