G4 on 6.0 won't sign into wifi hotspot

I have tried upgrading to 6.0 several times and have gone back to 5.1 because on 6.0 I can't sign into the wifi hotspot at work completely the way I can on 5.1. It fails at choosing to accept the terms of network. There is always a ! Next to the wifi icon and my phone continues to use mobile data. Anyone else have this bug? I like some of the features of 6.0 but I have limited mobile data and this just won't work for me.
