G4 will not boot up

When I try to boot up I get the LG logo screen and nothing more. I tried rebooting by removing the battery and sim card and sd card. But nothing doing. Anyone have a thought on the problem?

How old is the phone?
Has it ever felt unusually warm at anytime?

Hate to say it...your phone may have hit the common problem with LG's G4.
Quite a few of them have failed.

Almost certainly is it a bootloop failure. It is possible LG will fix it depending on how old the device is. Go to lgmobilerepair.com and see if it is still covered under warranty. They extended the original 1 year warranty.

This happened to me today.
I've had the phone since June 16 last year.....

The phone gets to the logo screen and will not finish booting.
When the screen goes black it is completely unresponsive until I remove and replace the battery.

Better back up your info on your phone. Sounds like the infamous G4 bootloop issue may strike you soon.

The phone won't complete the boot process before it crashes.
How do you suggest to back it up if it won't turn on?
