I can connect to the internet fine, but I am having trouble with some websites that will not connect with the following message: Webpage not available and A secure connection could not be established.

How do I fix this?

You don't, the owner of the site does. Either it's not available (although that's usually due to mistyping the URL) or the security certificate isn't valid.
